Am I Responsible for the Relationship Between Hands of Wellness and My Patient?
A: No, Hands of Wellness will work directly with the client once they are safely in their home.
What Services do Hands of Wellness Cover?
A: We provide Skilled Nursing, Home Maker Services, Home Health Aide Services, Medication Management, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Medical Social Services.
Are Hands of Wellness Services Available on Holidays and Weekends?
A: We have over 25 years of experience and offer 24/7 on-call nurse services.
Can Hands of Wellness Assist my Patients who are Sensory-Impaired or Require Special Communication?
A: Hands of Wellness can find a solution for any patient, including providing qualified sign language interpreters and other auxiliary aids where necessary at no cost to the patient.
We work with Chicago Hearing Society to set up all alternative communication services. If a patient is referred to the agency requiring a TDD or TT device, our director of nursing will arrange these services with the the Illinois Telecommunications Access Corporation (ITAC).
